“I started training with Jessica last year in preparation for my wedding day in May 2019. I wanted to lose a bit of weight, tone up, and most importantly feel my best on the day! The training sessions are always varied, with some HIIT and weights. I’ve enjoyed getting back into running as well with Jessica’s advice and training plan. Most importantly for me, with Jessica’s support, I’ve been kept accountable. In between training sessions I’m always pleased to share what exercise I’ve been doing during the week – even sending the odd photo as proof! The training sessions are well structured and we pack a lot in. They are always good fun, and Jessica has a really positive, encouraging way with clients that pushes you to do your best everytime! I’m seeing a huge difference already, with my clothes fitting better and I can’t wait to show off the results on the big day! Thanks Jessica!”

“I have been training with Jess for just under a year now. I had been going through the motions with my own training; following the same routine for so long, without making any progress (without even realising it!).

Jessica composed a unique programme for me, with a combination of running interval training and weights sessions. I immediately found my training fun and spontaneous again; trying new things and creating new challenges to push me even further. I recently competed in my first triathlon and half-marathon, and none of this would have been possible without Jessica’s hard work and dedication.

I can’t stress enough how well Jess bridges the gap between beginner level and actually competing. I realised that all I needed was a little confidence and reassurance in myself. I was worried that I didn’t know enough about the ins-and-outs of the sports, but I soon realised that this doesn’t matter – with a little guidance, you can do it.

Jess is very knowledgeable, and I am still constantly picking her brain about something!”

“I’m a lady in my early 60’s with both osteo and rheumatoid arthritis.  Jessica created a perfect training programme for me.  I learned how Cardiovascular, Strength, and Flexibility elements correlated.  Working on all these areas within Jessica’s training programme I found I could do more than I ever realised, and I really enjoyed rising to the challenge too.   Jessica’s professional health and fitness knowledge and understanding were pivotal in helping me to achieve my main goal of finding ways to safely maintain and improve my general overall health.  What I achieved in 10 sessions amazed me.  I couldn’t be happier. ”

Kirsty McCaffery

“I’ve been training with Jess for 3 months and during that time I have seen a marked improvement in my performance, taking 5mins off my 10K PB time and successfully completing my first sprint triathlon.

Before training with Jess, I was apprehensive about approaching a coach/trainer and found that although I was exercising and running regularly I wasn’t seeing any improvement.

Jess has greatly altered my approach to training, and has reignited a passion for sport. Her enthusiasm and positivity is infectious and she is able to make you feel at ease. She is an accomplished athlete in her own right and I would have no hesitation in recommending Jess, from beginners through to more advanced levels.”

“My main goal was weight loss. Jessica pushed me to work hard in my personal training sessions. I never work as hard when just training myself, and even though I had been coming to the gym regularly before training with Jessica, my weight just kept going up. Doing a combination of HIIT training and weights in the gym twice a week with Jessica I lost 3kg in 8 weeks and went from a 42 inch to a 36 inch waist!”

John Dorans

“After training with Jess for 4 months I’m definitely the fittest I’ve ever been in my life.

I’ve gone from struggling to run 10k to running 25-30 miles every week as well as doing 2-3 weights sessions a week in the gym.

The programme Jess put together for me combines interval training, distance running and weights to help me achieve my goals, one of which was to race a half-marathon.

Jess is knowledgable, dedicated and committed to helping her clients achieve their goals and I’d definitely recommend training with her!”

Kiran Baireddy

“I have just completed the 2018 Mens 10k in 51 mins and credit should go to Jessica.

Having hardly ever run my entire life and only occassionally going to the gym this would have been impossible with out Jessica’s personal training. I have trained with her for the last 3 months and this is an incredible result for me.

In the process, Jessica has also helped me become generally more fit. She introduced me to Parkrun which I now really enjoy. And a food diary excercise that Jessica suggested helped me control my food portion size.

Jessica has been extremely helpful in many other aspects such as providing resources for getting into cycling.

I would thoroughly recommend Jessica as a personal trainer.”

Kiran floored after an indoor sprint session on the skillmill in the build up to the Men’s 10K. He really put 100% into every session and has the results to show for it!

Leanne McGrath

“Training with Jess has made such an incredible difference to my fitness and general well-being! In only six weeks I’ve gone to from struggling to get beyond 10k to comfortably running 12 miles, plus my pace is getting better. I never imagined I’d get to where I am, especially in such a short period of time, and now I’m aiming for my first half-marathon.

Jess created two programmes for me: running and complementary strength training. I’d always been wary of weights and gym work but her tailored plan is easy to follow, varied and really effective.

As well as being incredibly knowledgeable and committed, Jess has been so enthusiastic about my progress. When you’re not naturally athletic, having a cheerleader as well as a mentor makes a huge difference to keeping you motivated and confident.

I can’t recommend her enough!”

I get the thumbs up from Leanne!
