Running Programmes

I have successfully prescribed programmes for beginners and improvers in running who are training for distances ranging from 5K to marathon.

Included in your 12 – 16 week running programme is an initial face-to-face consultation, contact with myself on a weekly basis, feedback on progress, and advice provided on nutrition, injury prehab, and race preparation. There will be a follow-up meeting at the end, to analyse and review your progress together.
